Mandy Rawlinson
Mandy Rawlinson is Head of UK and EMEA, Aberdeen Investments, where she is responsible for, among other things, the overall P&L and strategy across the region.
Mandy has held various roles at Aberdeen including Head of Client Risk and Governance; where she was responsible for building a new client risk function, Chief of Staff; where she was responsible for business transformation, and Head of Strategy and Management EMEA; where she was responsible for identifying and leading enhancement and regulatory change projects (such as Brexit and legal entity rationalisation) to deliver improved business efficiencies, better governance and an enhanced client experience. In addition, Mandy sits as a director on investment entities in the UK, Cayman Islands and the Middle East.
Ms. Rawlinson is a Solicitor (qualified in Scotland and England and Wales) and a Notary Public. She holds an LL.B (Honours) in Scots Law from The University of Dundee and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Glasgow Graduate School of Law. Mandy also has undertaken Executive Education with Harvard Business School. Outside of work, Mandy is an ex-professional athlete, representing Team Great Britain at two World Equestrian Games, in Rome (1998) and Jerez (2002).
Archana Mohan
Archana joined the Navera team in 2014 and focuses on ensuring that their investment operations and technology infrastructure are working in support of their clients. She is passionate about optimising and delivering the highest quality service that their team, clients and their advisors want.
Archana joined the team from Standard Life Wealth (formerly Newton Investment Management’s private client business) where she was a senior business development manager focused on international private clients. Her previous financial services experience spans investment communications, product management and client servicing across a range of firms including Pioneer Alternative Investments, AXA Investment Managers and Citigroup. Archana began her professional career as a special needs coordinator in the New York City school system.
Archana is an Associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and holds an MBA in Finance from Yale University, an MA in Education from Columbia University and a BA (Hons) in French from Brown University. Growing up in a multicultural environment, Archana witnessed first-hand how strong leadership could build relationships, bridge cultural divides and foster collaboration. She is passionate about unlocking others’ potential to achieve the remarkable.

Mike Tumilty
Mike Tumilty is Aegon Asset Management’s chief operating officer responsible for the oversight of operations and information technology departments. Prior to his current role, he was the global chief operating officer at Aberdeen. Prior to that he held several other senior roles at abrdn including director of operations, director of operations change & technology, head of investment operations and head of change management. Mike has been in the industry since 1994 and joined the firm in 2023. He holds a BA (hons) in economics from Heriot-Watt University.
Stuart Gunderson
Stuart is the Chief Operating Officer, Compliance Officer and MLRO at Seilern Investment Management Ltd (SIM). Prior to joining SIM, Stuart was Chief Operating Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and a Founding Partner of Kiltearn. Stuart started his career in 1997, working at firms including Deutsche Bank, HSBC Global Fund Services, Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management and Franklin Templeton Investments.
He has vast experience in a number of operational and servicing roles and has strategically and successfully managed business change throughout his career by focussing on enhanced client service, reduction in risk and cost management. Stuart has an MBA and is qualified from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments (C.I.S.I).
Phillip Chapple
Phillip Chapple is the COO of Monterone Partners LLP. He has been involved in the financial services industry since 1997. From 2010 to 2015 Mr. Chapple was the founder of the London branch of KB Associates where he focused on assisting fund managers to build investor friendly operational infrastructures and prepare for investor due diligence.
Prior to joining KB Associates, Mr. Chapple was CFO/COO of Ironshield Capital Management LLP, a European Distressed investment management company. Previously he was COO at IBIS Asset Management, a $10bn family office, and Head of Operations at OLEA Capital.
Mr. Chapple had commenced his career at Morgan Stanley before spending a number of years in prime brokerage at both Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Chapple holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours (LLB) from Exeter University.
